• Appliance exteriors cleaned (interiors cleaned upon request at an additional charge)

• Microwave exterior/interior cleaned

• Switch plates wiped clean

• Doors cleaned (included with move in/out and deep clean only)

• Doorknobs disinfected

• Tables and chairs wiped clean

• Countertops disinfected (all items removed and replaced)

• Cabinet fronts wiped cleaned (degreasing upon request at an additional charge)

• Cabinets and drawers wiped out (included with move in/out and deep clean only)

• Sinks cleaned and disinfected 

• Dishes (upon request at an additional charge)

• Floor swept and mopped

• Windowsills cleaned (windows cleaned upon request at an additional charge)

• Blinds dusted (blinds cleaned upon request at an additional charge)

• Baseboards dusted (cleaning included with move in/out and deep clean only)

• Trash emptied

 

 

Bedrooms

• Beds made/linens changed (upon request at an additional charge)

• Lamps and lampshades dusted

• Ceiling fans dusted (height restrictions apply, cleaning included with move in/out and deep clean only)

• Switch plates wiped clean

• Doors cleaned (included with move in/out and deep clean only)

• Doorknobs disinfected

• Picture frames dusted

• Furniture dusted - top, front and underneath 

• Wood furniture polished (included with deep clean only)

• Floors vacuumed or swept and washed (under bed if accessible)

• Windowsills cleaned (windows cleaned upon request at an additional charge)

• Blinds dusted (blinds cleaned upon request at an additional charge)

• Baseboards dusted (cleaning included with move in/out and deep clean only)

• Trash emptied

• Mirrors cleaned

 

Bathrooms

• Tub and shower enclosures cleaned (excessive build up may require upgrade to deep clean)

• Toilets cleaned (excessive build up may require upgrade to deep clean)

• Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined

• Dust light fixtures

• Towels neatly hung and folded

• Countertops cleaned and disinfected (all items removed and replaced)

• Cabinet fronts wiped clean

• Furniture dusted - on top, on front and underneath

• Wood furniture polished (included with deep clean)

• Hard surface floors swept and mopped 

• Carpets vacuumed

• Stair railings disinfected

• Windowsills cleaned (windows cleaned upon request at an additional charge)

• Blinds dusted (blinds cleaned upon request at an additional charge)

• Baseboards dusted (cleaning included with move in/out and deep clean only)

• Trash emptied
